Self-service retail area for Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel

In 2023, Digitizme supported Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel in creating and deploying its “Easy Store”, a self-service retail space accessible 24/7.

As part of the evolution of its service offering, Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel called on Digitizme to provide its guests with a self-service shop accessible at any time, directly within the hotel.

The concept, named “Easy Store”, is based on the creation of a turnkey retail space designed to meet guests’ needs at any time. An innovative solution that enables it to continuously offer a selection of snacks, drinks and tasty meals, as well as hygiene products, gifts and phone accessories.

The goal: to improve guests’ comfort and experience with a practical, smooth and fully automated solution, all without mobilising dedicated staff.

To meet these challenges, Digitizme supported Novotel in designing and co-creating this self-service retail area combining connected fridges with a simplified purchasing journey.

A self-service shop accessible 24/7

The Easy Store space is accessible at any time, allowing hotel guests to eat or stock up independently, day or night. It offers a solution perfectly suited to the constraints and uses of the hospitality sector.

A varied offering to meet every need

Beyond its catering offer including prepared meals, drinks and snacks, the connected point of sale also offers everyday products such as hygiene items and phone accessories. Microwaves are also available for customers who eat on site.

A smooth, self-service purchasing journey

Thanks to Digitizme technology, the items taken are detected automatically. The transaction is carried out instantly when the fridge is closed. The simple, wait-free purchasing journey promotes a smooth experience and higher customer satisfaction.
