“For over 5 years, Miss Cookies Coffee has relied on Digitizme’s expertise to modernise its points of sale and streamline its customers’ purchasing journey.

Founded in 2010 in Dijon, this family brand draws inspiration from its founder’s stays in New York and Italy, where she discovered a passion for cookies and great coffee.

After developing its signature recipe for nearly a year, the brand opened its first shop in the heart of Dijon, with the ambition of offering a French-style coffee shop that is warm, modern and accessible.

Over the years, driven by its success, Miss Cookies Coffee has developed its concept and gradually structured its network with the opening of several points of sale in Dijon and in different cities across France.

In a context of high footfall and the search for operational efficiency, the young franchise called on Digitizme to install self-service / ordering kiosks in all its points of sale.
